Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to return any unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached.
To start a return, just email us at cygnusagency@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to send back.

Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer free exchanges on all eligible items. Reach out to us and we’ll help you get the right fit.

Refunds
Once we get your return and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to show up, depending on your bank.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at the buyers expense for domestic or international orders.
